Increasing Timeout value in ZCC

How can you modify the default timeout value of 30 minute for ZCC? Well, go to [ZENworks Home]sharetomcatwebappszenworksWEB-INF here you will find 2 file called config.xml and web.xml. Open the 2 files with a text editor and search for the value “timeout”. When you modified both files, restart tomcat or reboot the server.
