On the site silicon.com I read a post of VMworld that say’s that Vmware chief technology officer Stephen Harrod annouced that Virtual Centre will come availible as a virtual appliance on Linux. You can run this appliance on your ESX host. Through VMWare fault Tolerance a replica will be maintained on a second ESX host.

Harrod also annouced that there will be a VI-Client for mobile devices, including Apple’s Iphone.
